Roman Reigns is the WWE’s biggest star right now, and he has been heavily guarded throughout his career.
He went 87-11 with an 87 win percentage in 2019, and 29-2 in 2020. He took several months off after WrestleMania last year to be with his family during the COVID-19 pandemic, before returning as a heel at SummerSlam.
A few days later, he won the Universal Title from Bray Wyatt, kicking off his title reign that is still going on today. Although Reigns has a 19-15 match record this year, the defeats have come in tag team matches on television and at live events.
This year, he has yet to be pinned.According to Wrestle Views, Reigns has not been pinned since December 2019. That turns out to be correct, as Reigns was most recently pinned after receiving an End of Days from Baron Corbin in a TLC match at the TLC pay-per-view event.
At tonight’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view event, Reigns will make his next title defence as Universal Champion against Finn Balor, who is portraying his Demon character. He’ll also face Brock Lesnar at next month’s Crown Jewel PPV in Saudi Arabia.
