Anthony Field has spoken out about his mental health struggles in the hopes of encouraging other men to do the same.The Blue Wiggle, 58, told The Daily Telegraph that he seeks professional help when he’spirals.
”My struggles with depression and other mental health issues are only a bad day or week away unless I monitor how I’m feeling and reach out to close friends or medical professionals when I feel myself spiralling down,’ he said.
