Brandon Ivan Peña is a very talented entrepreneur, business consultant and motivational speaker. Brandon is quite famous in the world of business because of his successful ventures like 787 Coffee, Haciendo Iluminada and his motivational brand known as “brandON”.
Since childhood, Brandon wanted to influence the world and make it a better place for everyone. He knew working a 9-5 corporate job would never allow him to show his creativity or get feedback from the customer for his hard work. Brandon being an innovative and hands-on guy thinks being able to be his own boss and still earn a good living seemed like the best way to live his life and also to help other people live their life profitably. Brandon believes very few Latino people of origin are running a business or getting credit for their hard work. So, Brandon feels he represents the community of Latinx so by making a name for himself he wants to show the world the power of Latinx.
Brandon is quite successful in the coffee industry because of his coffee business named “787 coffee”. Brandon has bought farms in Puerto Rico which cultivate the most delicious and warm coffee. Brandon being a coffee lover himself and a connoisseur of sorts wants to share the experience with others. He feels his customer deserves to learn what freshly brewed coffee tastes like, how it is grown and roasted rather than just buying an instant pouch. After proper packaging from the farms, the coffee is shipped to the shop of 787 coffee. Till now, he has 10 shops of 787 coffee up and running in New York City, Puerto Rico and Florida shortly.
After a few years of experience in the entrepreneurial world, Brandon established his own brand called “brandON” where he motivates and influences people to achieve their full potential and put their best efforts in this highly competitive world. According to Brandon, their motto is “For humans, By humans”. He has even spoken in some of the biggest campaigns under his brand, titled “Turning your Brand-ON”.
In his career, Brandon has achieved several milestones. Brandon Ivan Peña has recently been mentioned in the Forbes Top 100 Entrepreneurs of 2021 list and been highly praised by Yahoo Finance to be one of the Top 10 Entrepreneurs to follow in 2021. Brandon also has spoken at some of the biggest conferences in the world such as Digital Shanghai, Social Media Week, SXSW, and many other conferences. Currently, BrandON is leading a huge revolution for the de-robotisation and humanisation of business and which continues to impact both customers and clients.
