ATLANTA, Ga. (CBS46) — Everyone, including well-known national and local entertainers, wants to be a part of the World Series action.According to the Atlanta Braves, Zac Brown and the Zac Brown Band will perform the national anthem before game 3 on Friday.
Jordan Fisher, an actor and singer from Birmingham, Alabama, will perform before game 4 on Saturday night, and Lauren Alaina, a singer from Rossville, will perform before game 5 on Sunday. Brown was raised in Cumming. He studied at the University of West Georgia before forming the Zac Brown Band in 2002. He is now a resident of Atlanta.Fisher began his career with recurring roles on television shows such as “The Secret Life of the American Teenager.” He also appeared on “Dancing With the Stars” Season 25. Lauren Alaina finished second on the tenth season of “American Idol.” “Wildflower,” her debut album, was released on October 11, 2011.
